2. Content Guidelines:
- Length: Articles should be 800 to 1,200 words (longer, in-depth content is welcome if relevant).
- Originality: We only accept original, insightful and unpublished content. Please do not submit plagiarized, spun, or duplicate content.
- Structure & Readability: Use headings (H2, H3), bullet points, short paragraphs, and lists for easy reading.
3. Style & Tone:
- Write in a professional, engaging, and informative tone.
- Support your points with data, facts, quotes, or case studies (cite your sources if applicable).
- Avoid excessive self-promotion. Articles should provide real value to the readers.
4. Formatting & Submission:
- Submit your guest post in Google Docs or as a Word document (.docx).
- Attach any images, infographics, or charts as separate files. Use royalty-free images or provide proper attribution.
- Limit outbound links to 2-3 high-quality, relevant sources. Avoid linking to promotional or spammy pages.
5. Author Bio:
Include a brief author bio (2-3 sentences) with:

- Leadership Changes: New CEO, C-level hires, or advisory board appointments.
2. Press Release Format:
Your press release should follow the standard format:
- Headline: Clear and concise, summarizing the key announcement.
- Subheading (optional): Additional context or supporting details.
- Dateline: Location and date.
- Lead Paragraph: Answer the who, what, where, when, and why in the first few lines.
- Body: Add more details, including background information, statistics, and quotes from company leaders.

- Exclusive Submissions: To maximize your chances of acceptance, consider providing your press release as an exclusive submission.
- Relevance: Please avoid submitting very old press releases, as they may have a higher chance of rejection.
- Original Content: Ensure your press release is original and free of plagiarism or duplicate content.
- AI-Generated Content: Please do not send completely AI-generated content. If you’ve used AI tools, make sure to thoroughly review and refine the content, as AI-generated text can sometimes lack depth, accuracy, proper context and Errors.
