J&K High Court Transfers Two Judicial Officers Following Promotions

Administrative reshuffle carried out in district judiciary after recent promotions

Jammu, April 27 (H.S.): The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of two judicial staff members following recent promotions within the district judiciary of the Union Territory.

According to an order issued by the Chief Justice’s Secretariat, Muzaffar Beig, who was serving as Section Officer in the Court of Special Judge (Anti-Corruption CBI Cases), Jammu, has been promoted to the post of Chief Administrative Officer. He has been posted in the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur.

The order further stated that Rajinder Kumar, previously serving as Head Assistant in the Court of Special Judge (Anti-Corruption Cases), Jammu, has been promoted to the position of Section Officer. He has been posted in the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge.

Administrative Move

The transfers are part of routine administrative adjustments aimed at strengthening the functioning of the judicial system in the Union Territory.
